Our Behavior Analysts leads the clinical process by conducting assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, reviewing data, and monitoring progress. They provide training and support to our Treatment Coordinator, Lead Therapist, and Behavior Technicians, attend team meetings to ensure seamless care, and partner with families throughout the treatment process.
Our Behavior Technicians bring treatment plans to life by working directly with each child, following the guidance of the Clinical Supervisor/Behavior Analyst. They attend all scheduled sessions and ensure that all documentation and data are completed accurately and submitted promptly.

The Personal Assistance Services and Supports (PASS) program helps children develop the skills they need to increase independence and fully participate in their community. Direct Support Professionals support children in learning new skills, engaging in community activities, and building interpersonal abilities. Scheduling is flexible to meet family needs, typically during afternoons, early evenings, and weekends.
Our licensed clinicians in HBTS guide every child’s care by conducting assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, tracking progress, and supporting our team through training and supervision.
